Who we are

WWU was founded by Pauline Lodi, whose background spans housing, local government, student accommodation, operational leadership, stakeholder engagement and resident and community-focused services.
That experience shaped a practical view of recruitment: an appointment has to work not only on paper, but within the team, service and environment around it. Every assignment therefore starts with listening—understanding the organisation behind the vacancy, the working context and what success needs to look like.
WWU can work as an extension of an employer’s team or provide additional delivery capacity to recruitment businesses managing busy or specialist campaigns.
